I’m a somatic trauma therapist in Denver, Colorado with 10 years of experience in mental health. I specialize in helping adults with complex trauma and PTSD, sexual trauma, eating disorders, and chronic pain heal old wounds, reduce pain, stop using eating disorder behaviors as a crutch, feel more comfortable in their skin, and embrace a more authentic version of themselves. My clients learn to own their needs and wants without fear, trust their intuition, foster a better relationship with food, and navigate chronic pain with greater confidence.
